Five Key Takeaways from BeOne Medicines Third Quarter 2026 Results

BeOne’s momentum continued in the third quarter of 2026, with strong financial performance, commercial growth and progress across our hematology and solid tumor portfolios. Here are five key takeaways from the quarter:

1. Revenue Reached $1.9 Billion
   BeOne Medicines reported approximately $1.9 billion in total revenue for the third quarter, representing 34% growth compared with the prior-year period.
2. Profitability Continued to Increase
   GAAP net income reached $385 million, with diluted GAAP earnings of $3.28 per ADS. The Company also generated $474 million in free cash flow.
3. Full-Year Guidance Increased
   Following its strong performance, BeOne Medicines raised its 2026 total revenue guidance to between $6.9 billion and $7.0 billion.
4. Commercial Momentum Continued
   Global sales of BRUKINSA reached approximately $1.4 billion, increasing 34% from the prior-year period. U.S. sales totaled $1.0 billion, representing growth of 36% compared to the prior-year period.
   The quarter also included several important milestones across the commercial portfolio:
   • The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted Priority Review to the Phase 3 MANGROVE filing for BRUKINSA, while regulatory submissions were completed in the European Union and China.
   • TEVIMBRA received regulatory approval in Japan for the treatment of adults with first-line nasopharyngeal cancer.
   • New Phase 3 survival data reinforced the benefit of ZIIHERA-containing regimens in first-line HER2-positive gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
   • The U.S. FDA approved a TEVIMBRA-based regimen for first-line HER2-positive gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
5. Our Pipeline and Partnerships Continued to Advance
   Progress across our hematology and solid tumor pipeline included:
   • Expansion of our foundational hematology franchise, including FDA Priority Review for BRUKINSA in first-line mantle cell lymphoma and positive Phase 2 results for tacabrutideg in relapsed or refractory CLL. An accelerated approval filing is expected in mid-2027.
   • Five pivotal-stage programs advancing across our solid tumor portfolio, including our CDK4 inhibitor, GPC3x4-1BB bispecific antibody, B7-H4 ADC, PRMT5 inhibitor and CEA ADC.
   • Strong scientific presence coming to ASH, with 45 accepted abstracts and five oral presentations across BRUKINSA, BEQALZI and tacabrutideg, including MANGROVE data in frontline mantle cell lymphoma selected for the plenary session.

We also strengthened key partnerships to accelerate innovation and expand global patient access:

• BeOne Medicines and Revolution Medicines announced a collaboration to evaluate oncology combinations and expand access to RAS(ON) inhibitors in select Asian markets.
• BeOne Medicines, the BeOne Care Foundation and The Max Foundation renewed their partnership to expand access to BRUKINSA in low- and middle-income countries through 2028.
• BeOne Medicines announces a voluntary agreement with the U.S. Government to expand access to innovative cancer medicines for American patients while strengthening the Company’s U.S manufacturing footprint.
