BeOne Expands U.S. Manufacturing in Hopewell to Advance Innovative Cancer Medicines
BeOne Medicines is expanding its Princeton West Innovation Campus in Hopewell, New Jersey, with a $300 million investment that will add small molecule manufacturing capabilities, create approximately 120 full-time jobs and bring the company’s total U.S. manufacturing investment to more than $1 billion.
Announced on the second anniversary of the campus’s opening, the expansion advances BeOne’s strategy to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and supply chain capabilities and produce more current and future cancer medicines in the United States for patients worldwide.
Bringing Multiple Manufacturing Platforms Together
The project will add a three-story, 145,000-square-foot building for small molecule drug product manufacturing and packaging. The new capabilities will support BeOne’s growing hematology portfolio and pipeline, alongside
Combined with the campus’s existing biologics manufacturing capabilities supporting BeOne’s solid tumor portfolio, the expansion will create a fully integrated, multi-platform manufacturing site. Once completed, the campus will span approximately 545,000 square feet.

The additional capacity will help advance BeOne’s oncology pipeline of more than 35 clinical- and commercial-stage assets while providing flexibility to support future growth and strategic partnerships.It also strengthens BeOne’s global development superhighway, the company’s integrated platform of clinical, regulatory and manufacturing capabilities designed to accelerate the development and delivery of innovative cancer medicines.
