Established as an independent nonprofit organization at the start of 2023, the BeOne Care Foundation is dedicated to eliminating barriers in access to cancer care and helping foster  accessible cancer care in underrepresented communities around the world. The BeOne Be the Change Employee Volunteer Program is designed to empower employees to become involved in their communities, lending their voluntary support to programs that positively impact the quality of life within these communities.

The global program, launched in 2023, affords colleagues with paid time off to volunteer for a cause of their choosing. BeOne colleagues contributed over 18,000 hours of service in 2024.
