Career Development
As BeOne grows, we aim to ensure that every colleague, regardless of their level, has the opportunity to learn, develop, and thrive. Resources such as our online BeOne University, our Strengthening Experience, Exposure, and Development (SEED) program, and our Executive Coaching Program provide several avenues for colleagues to challenge themselves and advance in their careers.
In 2024, BeOne University welcomed over 7,000 active users, who together logged more than 167,000 activity completions across e-learning courses, videos, books, virtual classes, and more.
